The location was fantastic, with easy access to Zocalo Square. Our room was great, it was always kept very clean and had a large bed and private bathroom. The staff was really friendly, we quickly checked in and had a late check-out.

Nice base for exploring Mexico City. Clean place, very good service, efficient staff. Rooftop restaurant on the premises, recently renovated and great-sized room with extra large bed and balcony. Excellent location, rich and delicious breakfast at reasonable prices. Early check in and late check out. Overnight parking, shuttle to the airport.

The room was tidy with comfortable bed, I felt comfortable there. Thanks to the very kind and polite staff everything was great. I enjoyed that the hotel was 10 minutes drive from the airport.

The location is beautiful and just a short distance from the Museum of the City of Mexico.

The location is excellent. Just around the "corner" to the Zocalo and pedestrian area. Many attractive shops. Contrary to other opinions, Mexico City has become a very clean city. I travel to Mexico since 2003 and can see this positive change.

Unfortunately, the breakfast is rather "simple", barely any variety. With "special orders" such as fried eggs, some waiters are a bit overwhelmed. For about 9€ there could be offered more.

The layout of the bathroom takes a lot of getting used to, including dim lighting and awkward accessible shower / tub. Many lamps but it really needs to be individually operated, very awkward. Bad towels. Relative expensive

Great bed in the room, so comfy! The service here every day was top-notch. Plus, awesome location – easy to get to from the airport, whether by taxi or subway! 🚕

The rooms here are stylish, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast is enjoyable; the location is marvelous just a few minutes from Zocalo Plaza, with the hotel being very close to a cathedral and a palace nearby.
